Description:
Our client is currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities
Mange the firm’s incoming payments, ensuring accurate and timely processing of A/R transactions.
Identify overdue payments and follow up with clients when necessary.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are properly posted.
Research billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable and assist with month-end closing and reporting processes.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role.
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
