We offer up to 14 weeks of paid training and coaching as you obtain your state insurance licenses (life, health & variable contracts), Series 7 and 66 registrations, and complete our onboarding program. Post-onboarding, your income will be commission and incentive-based, rewarding your success. As a Thrivent Financial advisor, you will:
Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journey to financial clarity, supporting lives of service and faith. Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs. Develop long-term relationships based on trust and understanding within your community. Schedule client appointments leveraging your network and Thrivent’s reputation, deliver workshops, and market your practice. Enjoy flexibility in your schedule, promoting work-life balance. Work in a collaborative culture with colleagues dedicated to your success. Receive support from specialists across various organizational functions to help you grow your business.
