What You Will Be Doing Join our team as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator , where your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help drive financial integrity across our organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for daily posting of customer payments using AGS (M3) and BillTrust Cash App Connect, resolving payment discrepancies, and maintaining clean and accurate records through journal entries and adjustments. You'll collaborate closely with Credit Managers, Collection Coordinators, and Customer Service to ensure seamless A/R operations, while also serving as a reliable backup across the team. If you're a proactive problem-solver with a passion for precision and customer service, we'd love to hear from you! What You Bring High School diploma required; bookkeeping experience preferred. Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable experience; general business background required. SAP experience is a plus.
