Position Summary We are seeking a driven and ambitious F&I Manager to join our team. If you are someone who refuses mediocrity and strives for excellence, we want you with us.
As an F&I Manager, you will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where high performers excel. Your commitment to excellence and success will be rewarded with growth opportunities within our organization.
Your role will be vital in securing financing for our customers and selling additional products and services to enhance their experience. We seek individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for motorcycles.
Other Duties Include:
Guide each customer through an internal sales process using effective sales techniques.
Ensure customers are properly qualified based on their needs, wants, and financial ability.
Adhere to and be accountable for compliance with company policies and all relevant regulations.
Cross-sell parts, accessories, and ready-to-ride products by highlighting features and benefits.
Stay up-to-date with training to learn about all departments, products, and services offered.
High-commission opportunity with an earning potential of
$150,000–$250,000 per year , depending on sales performance. Top performers can achieve unlimited income.
