We are in search of a professional and motivated Buyer’s Agent to join a respected real estate group that provides an elevated level of service to high value clients. This is a chance to work with motivated buyers while earning rewarding commissions. First year earning potential when hitting goals is $140,000+ You will learn to master the buyer process while building a long term career in real estate. In this position, you will guide buyers through every step of the purchase process including initial consultations, tailored property tours, negotiations, and closing. As their trusted resource, you will create a personalized experience that reflects the quality and reputation of the team. You will also collaborate with experienced producers and team leaders who consistently perform at the top of the market. With pre screened leads, dedicated support, and a culture of collaboration, you will have the structure and tools needed to grow quickly and achieve consistency. Responsibilities
Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction Qualifications
Superb communication Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation
