Overview We are seeking a qualified CA / CMA fresher interested in building a career in Corporate Finance. The role offers hands-on exposure across controllership, compliances, audit readiness, planning & analysis, and business finance — providing a strong foundation for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

GL Controllership & Audit Readiness

Support in maintaining accurate ledger records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Review journal entries, provisions, and accruals to ensure completeness and correctness.

Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and adjustments.

Monitor balance sheet accounts, perform variance analysis, and resolve discrepancies.

Maintain and update master data for inventory records, Fixed Asset Register (FAR), and customers/suppliers to ensure accuracy and control in financial reporting.

Prepare audit schedules and provide timely support to auditors & ensure accuracy and completeness of audit-related documentation.

Statutory Compliances

Ensure GST and TDS aspects are properly taken care in accounting in compliance with legal provisions.

Ensure returns are filed accurately, and payments made on time.

Perform reconciliation of books with statutory records.

Maintain proper documentation for tax audits and assessments.

Supporting in getting opinions on company Law, TDS, GST matters in framing contractual terms and resolving transactional queries.

Secretarial Matters

Coordinate with CS for Secretarial matters and FEMA-related filings, Periodic MCA Filings

Obtaining declarations from Directors / Shared holders for FCGPR/FCTRS / FLA - RBI filings.

Assist in maintaining compliance records and documentation.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Assist in preparing MIS reports and variance analysis.

Support in budget vs. actual tracking and expense analysis.

Business Finance

Validate pricing and costing models for new/existing business.

Review billing methodologies and ensure alignment with agreements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) – Freshers only.

Strong conceptual understanding of accounting, taxation, and corporate finance.

Proficiency in MS Excel; Tally / ERP exposure is an advantage.

Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
