We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with around 5 years of post-qualification experience in
accounting, taxation, and compliance matters . The role involves end-to-end ownership of accounting operations, statutory and tax compliance, and coordination with auditors, while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Manage and review day-to-day accounting, including GL, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations. Ensure timely monthly/quarterly/yearly closure of accounts. Prepare and review financial statements in line with Ind AS/IGAAP. Monitor fixed assets, provisions, and depreciation schedules. Taxation (Direct & Indirect)
Oversee preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, Income Tax returns, and other statutory filings. Prepare tax workings, reconciliations, and support for assessments/notices. Ensure compliance with evolving tax laws and regulatory frameworks. Statutory & Internal Audits
Act as the primary contact for statutory, internal, and tax auditors. Prepare audit schedules, provide documentation, and ensure timely closure of audits. Address audit observations and implement corrective measures. Compliance & Controls
Ensure adherence to Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable regulations. Maintain proper documentation, registers, and statutory records. Implement and strengthen internal financial controls. Process Improvements
Drive automation and process efficiency in accounting and compliance areas. Support ERP/accounting software upgrades and best practice implementation. Qualifications & Skills
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of post-qualification experience. Strong knowledge of Ind AS/IGAAP, Direct & Indirect Taxation, and Corporate Law compliances. Hands-on experience in managing audits and statutory filings. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/SAP/Oracle or similar).
