Senior Home Lending Advisor - Orlando, FL - Hunters Creek Branch at JPMorganChase. Join a fun, high-energy Chase Home Lending team and apply your knowledge of home lending products to serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of the loan. Job Responsibilities
Coaches and mentors the branch team by providing training on products and services. Collaborates with bankers, meets with customers, and introduces new clients to bankers for additional products and services. Partners with the team to create an excellent customer experience using marketing and cross-sell efforts, and other channels. Develops strong relationships with assigned retail branches to promote mortgage loan originations within footprint territories; can operate within formal and dotted-line reporting structures. Acts as the internal and external mortgage expert; maintains relationships with customers and provides recommendations based on financial analysis, product knowledge, and customer needs. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Minimum three years of mortgage lending and proven sales experience in retail banking. Knowledge of the local real estate market. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Knowledge of FHA, VA, FNMA, and FHLMC guidelines. Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
FHA/VA sales experience. Marketing, relationship building, and consulting skills. Intermediate PC skills in a Windows environment. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate. Compliance, Licensing, And Employment Details
This position is subject to Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators. Employment is contingent on review of criminal history, credit report, NMLS information, and other data to determine fitness for the role. A felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify a candidate. Employment is contingent upon compliance with TILA/DF Loan Originator requirements. National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration is required upon active employment. You will need to register or update your existing registration to reflect employment with JPMorgan Chase. Compliance with the SAFE Act, including successful registration after start date and ongoing renewals, is required. Review of information provided during registration may impact employment.
