The position described below is for a Universal Banker in Cumming, GA. The role involves providing timely and efficient client transaction completion, accurate record-keeping, and proper handling of all monies assigned. Deliver superior service, identify and understand clients’ financial needs, and support sales and service activities, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Responsibilities
Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients with courteous conversation, performing complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering client needs. Handle transactions with guidance as necessary. Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking) to enhance service and convenience. Support team sales by participating in client outreach through outbound calls, checking client offers, identifying needs or opportunities, and referring clients to the appropriate branch team members or specialists. Understand the importance of Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs. Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines. Commit to advancing product knowledge through meetings, training classes, and online learning to better serve consumer and business clients. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes to ensure compliance. Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, offering applicable products and services to clients and prospects; manage workload based on branch demands. Qualifications
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience Six months of client relationship building or sales experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to master PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation Ability to multi-task under time constraints Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs, including temporary assignments or locale changes Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights Preferred Qualifications
One year of client relationship building or sales experience Knowledge of advanced or complex branch transactions, risk management, and loss prevention Experience with prospecting for new clients and relationship building General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures Benefits
