MCI Mortgage, LLC is expanding beyond its established role as the preferred lender for Megatel Homes to build new strategic partnerships with builders and real estate agents in the competitive DFW market. We are seeking an ambitious
Hybrid Loan Officer
to provide
exceptional sales support to Megatel Homes ,
develop new builder relationships , and
cultivate a real estate agent referral network . This role requires a balance of
in-office collaboration and field-based relationship building . The Hybrid Loan Officer will complete a
two-week in-office training period
before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, spending
two partial days per week in the office
and the remaining time in the field. Key Responsibilities Pillar 1: Megatel Homes Support (Primary Focus) Serve as the
daily point-of-contact
for Megatel sales agents and buyers. Provide
weekend on-site coverage
at one Megatel community (rotating schedule). Publish and contribute to the
weekly sales newsletter , highlighting programs, rates, and success stories. Conduct
training sessions
for Megatel sales teams on loan products and market updates. Gather feedback from agents to recommend and help implement
new loan products
based on market conditions. Participate in
sales-driven marketing initiatives , including creating quick-reference guides and spotlighting community success stories. Research and target mid-sized builders
(30–200 closings/year) to establish partnerships. Deliver
value-driven presentations
(lunch-and-learns, site visits) showcasing MCI’s competitive lending programs. Win
referral loans from builder sales agents
(focus on Non-QM, USDA, DPA, and low FICO FHA loans). Host
first-time homebuyer seminars
in new home communities. Work with leadership to
finalize builder MOUs or agreements
and track performance metrics (applications, pre-approvals, funded loans). Identify and engage
top-producing agents
(at least 4 sales/year in Collin County and other high-volume DFW areas). Launch and promote the
Agent Partner Program , offering fast approvals ( Host
2 CE-credit lunch-and-learns or networking events
within 30 days. Conduct
1-on-1 meetings
with key agents and host
ACE CE classes
at communities. Drive pipeline growth via
CRM drip campaigns
and
referral incentive contests . Performance Expectations (90-Day Targets) Builder Partnerships:

Referral Pipeline Value:
$2 million Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (minimum 2+ years preferred). Active NMLS license in Texas. Strong knowledge of
FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and Non-QM
products. Established relationships with DFW builders and/or real estate agents (preferred). Excellent presentation, networking, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and follow-up skills; experience with CRM platforms ( Bonzo preferred ). Ability to work a
hybrid schedule : First two weeks:
Full-time in-office training. Ongoing:
Two partial days per week in the office; remaining time in the field. Availability for occasional
evening and weekend events . Tools & Resources Provided CRM Access:
Bonzo drip campaigns for agents and builders. Marketing Budget:
$500 month for events, flyers, and co-branded marketing. Marketing Materials:
Print and PDF rate sheets, flyers, and open house collateral. Support from
in-house processing & underwriting teams
