Personal Banker Associate - Scottsdale & Shea

The Personal Banker Associate has responsibilities as both a Teller and a Personal Banker, efficiently processing customer transactions, generating business, and deepening relationships by promoting products and services to potential and existing customers. Responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service while achieving sales goals and supporting banking center staff as needed. Duties will include: Greet customers and facilitate a welcoming environment Provide extraordinary customer service while achieving goals and supporting staff Build and maintain relationships with customers to identify financial products and services that meet their needs Promote financial products and services Open deposit accounts and process loan applications Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately Generate new business and expand relationships with current customers Respond to customer inquiries and concerns Support other employees as needed Required Skills: Minimum of one year successful sales experience in an incentive-driven environment Minimum 6 months of cash handling and/or previous banking experience Ability to generate referrals and make on-site visits with local businesses Ability to work effectively as a team member and with customers Strong work ethic and high integrity Proficient with Microsoft applications Friendly, outgoing, assertive, confident, and enthusiastic personality Must have a current Notary or be willing to become one Preferred Skills: Successful sales record in a retail banking environment Bilingual (fluent verbal and written Spanish) skills Physical Requirements: This position requires long periods of standing or sitting, typing, and repetitive motion. Candidates must possess the ability to lift and carry cash drawers, coin bags, and boxes sometimes weighing as much as 25 pounds. Hours of Operation: Standard Hours: Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Candidates must be available to work weekend hours.
