Description
YWCA Oklahoma City offers victims of domestic violence (DV), sexual assault (SA), and stalking immediate crisis response services through our C.A.R.E. and H.O.P.E programs. The C.A.R.E. programs includes the following services: Crisis hotlines, Advocacy, emergency Residential shelter, and forensic nurse Exams. The H.O.P.E. programs includes Healing, Opportunities, Prevention, and Education. YWCA OKC services are provided at our primary location, through staff embedded at the Palomar Family Justice Center and local hospitals throughout the metro Oklahoma City area. YWCA OKC is currently seeking a Grants Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the grant lifecycle, ensuring compliance with funder requirements, and aligning grant activities with the organization's mission. This role works closely with internal stakeholders to manage grant applications, administration, and reporting while fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Requirements:
Grant Lifecycle Management – Oversee the full grant process, including research, application, administration, and compliance tracking to ensure efficient fund utilization. Grant Writing & Proposal Submission – Lead the development, writing, editing, and submission of grant applications and proposals, ensuring timely submission and high-quality content. Compliance & Reporting – Establish a structured monitoring plan to ensure compliance with funder requirements, regulations, and reporting deadlines. Budget Alignment & Financial Coordination – Work closely with the finance department to verify grant budgets and financial reporting, ensuring alignment with grant expectations. Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the primary liaison for grantors, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely responses to inquiries and compliance requests. Data Collection & Reporting – Coordinate statistical data tracking and reporting across programs to meet grant requirements and improve funding opportunities. Monitoring & Evaluation – Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team and program staff to monitor grant implementation, track spending, and assess program impact. Site Visit Coordination – Organize and manage grant-related site visits, including scheduling, agenda development, and follow-up coordination. Strategic Development & Innovation – Stay informed on funding opportunities, regulatory changes, and industry trends while incorporating technology tools to enhance grant management. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred;
4+ years of direct grant experience
may substitute. Minimum
two years of grant-related
experience; experience with
federal, state, and private foundation
grants preferred. Strong
written and verbal communication
skills. Ability to
analyze complex data and regulations
effectively. Proven record of accomplishment in securing
competitive grant funding . Detail-oriented, strong
analytical and project management
