As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. What You’ll Be Doing
Engage with clients to understand their coverage needs and provide tailored recommendations. Prepare accurate quotes and present options that align with client goals. Handle renewals, policy updates, and follow-ups with efficiency and care. Manage client files using agency systems and ensure all compliance standards are met. Work collaboratively with your team to meet both personal and agency goals. Represent the agency in a professional, trustworthy manner at all times. What You Bring
Active Florida Property & Casualty (P&C) license. At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or service. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Detail-oriented and dependable with a professional attitude. Comfortable using modern tools such as RingCentral, Excel, and agency CRM systems. Bonus Points Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills. Prior experience with Citizens Insurance or Florida-based carriers. Background in both personal and commercial lines.
