JOB DESCRIPTION: As the AP/AR Coordinator, you’ll support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions to ensure accurate processing of invoices and timely cash application. You’ll interact with the offshore BPO, internal teams, external partners, and use your keen attention to detail to support financial operations. Location: Hybrid in Deerfield

(required on-site Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) RESPONSIBILITIES: Shared Accounts Payable / Receivable Act as a primary liaison between the outsourced BPO and internal / external stakeholders Support the FBIN escheatment process as it relates to both customers and vendors Accounts Payable Process and prepare physical check disbursements Support the BPO by collecting new vendor information when necessary Research, resolve, and escalate 3-way match (purchase orders, receipts and invoices) discrepancies Research, resolve, and escalate hold discrepancies Work with vendors to ensure correct document delivery methods Reconcile and resolve vendor statement discrepancies Record payroll entries and assist with month-end account reconciliations Accounts Receivable Research and resolve cash application discrepancies Work with customers and FBIN sales teams to convert check payment methods to ACH/Wire Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables through customer outreach Assist with AR to AP offset requests Research and resolve customer statement discrepancies Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma required Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook) Possess strong quantitative and communication skills (both oral and written). Highly organized, with the ability to manage large volumes of electronic and physical documentation Must work well in a team atmosphere Additional Information Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $37,000 USD - $52,800 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based sales incentive plan.
