Full Time | Exempt What You’ll Do

As a Sr. Financial Analyst on Curaleaf’s Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Operations team, you will turn data into meaningful insights that drive cultivation and manufacturing performance. In this role, you’ll: Design and manage the data systems that support operations across multiple sites, keeping information accurate and aligned with business goals Create and maintain reports that track productivity, efficiency, and overall performance, and develop KPI frameworks to help leaders make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement Spearhead budgeting and reforecasting, identifying ways to optimize resources, and partner with teams to connect financial strategy with day-to-day execution Improve reporting tools and processes, simplify data inputs, and present complex financial and operational information in a clear, actionable way for executive reviews What You’ll Bring

2+ years of experience in Operations Analytics, FP&A, or Manufacturing Analytics Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations Management, or a related field Expert-level Excel proficiency for building dynamic reports, dashboards, and data analyses, and the ability to create clean, engaging presentations in PowerPoint Strong understanding of BI and Power Query; familiarity with Vena, Omni, or similar cube-based planning and data-visualization tools Organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments with a collaborative, hands-on approach Ability to build cross-functional relationships and translate complex ideas into actionable insights Even Better If
