Your Role on the Team: The Program Coordinator & Finance Analyst provides administrative support to the Department of History, the Program in Religious Studies, Program in Armenian Studies, Jewish Studies Minor, and Native American Studies Minor. Reporting to the Department of History Manager, the position supports the daily operation of the department and programs in the areas of academic personnel and finance. Responsibilities

Preparation and processing of senate and non-senate faculty appointments, merits, promotions, leaves, and sabbaticals. General finance transactions (reimbursements, purchasing, honorariums, maintaining a balance sheet) Pre and post event support and assists in the management of websites and social media accounts. Requirements

Thorough knowledge in administrative procedures and processes including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Good verbal and written communication skills, active listening, critical thinking, multi-task and time management skills. Interpersonal and work leadership skills to provide guidance to other nonexempt personnel.
