Showing Agent needed for a TOP Real Estate team! Have you been thinking of making a change? Do you love Real Estate and are curious about how to start? We’re a vibrant and productive team in need of a Showing Agent to host open houses and to show homes for our Senior Buyer Agents in the area.
Our ideal candidate is a bright, ambitious, hard-working individual who is serious about a career and has commitment and self-discipline. MUST BE a licensed Realtor or currently taking real estate classes. You’ll be supported every step of the way with proven training, outstanding support, marketing staff, and competitive compensation for your hard work.
Responsibilities:
Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants based on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Communicate with clients and potential clients Schedule showing appointments Attend showings Provide prompt showing feedback Attend home inspections, pre-closing walkthroughs, and closings Qualifications:
Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Driven, motivated and desires professional growth To be a Showing Assistant in Wisconsin, you must be a licensed real estate salesperson or broker. We can assist you in getting that certification. Compensation: $20 hourly + closing bonus
