Zurich Cover More is seeking an American Express Claims Representative to join our group in North America.

The American Express Claims Intake Group supports American Express Card Members who benefit from Travel and Cell Phone Insurance embedded on their cards. We operate an inbound call center dedicated to delivering excellent customer service while managing claims efficiently. In this role, you will become familiar with various insurance products to explain benefits to Card Members and use a case management system to assist them in starting their reimbursement process. Responsibilities Include:
Maintain knowledge of insurance products to accurately describe benefits to Card Members. Create a positive experience over the phone for all clients requesting our services and assistance. Multitask across work streams (call handling, email, etc.) to efficiently progress work. Navigate multiple systems effectively while managing calls. Apply creative and critical thinking to provide innovative solutions where necessary. Document and capture call content accurately in our case management and policy systems. Collaborate with leadership to refine skills and apply feedback to meet role expectations. Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work 2nd shift 11 am - 7 pm Ability to work in the office 2-3 shifts per week Preferred Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience providing outstanding customer service Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Analytical skills to interpret policy coverage and claim status Effective task management and prioritization skills Professionalism and clarity when responding to high-end clientele We are at a pivotal point in our business.
