As a Client Delivery Partner at Pegasystem, you will be at the heart of our client success story, playing a pivotal role in our consulting organization and client engagement model. The Client Delivery Partner is accountable across the entire client engagement lifecycle, from driving account growth and supporting new business through to successful delivery. This role holds ultimate accountability for client success and value realization, ensuring the full value of contracted services and software is achieved, independent of who performs the implementation—be it the client, a partner, or Pega Consulting. As the key delivery leader, you are fundamentally accountable for the account’s overall health, client satisfaction, and long-term success. What Youll Do At Pega

Spearhead enterprise-scale initiatives that revolutionize how organizations operate, taking ownership of ACV targets, renewals, and consulting bookings while proactively mitigating risks before they impact delivery. Lead clients through the AI modernization journey from reimagining critical workflows to addressing technology currency and defining their future-state architecture. Forge trusted C-level partnerships with client executives and stakeholders, becoming their go-to strategic advisor who translates complex technical concepts into clear business value. Architect effective delivery strategies that maximize client ROI, governing execution with precision while ensuring clients fully leverage Pega's capabilities across their organization. Pioneer innovative approaches that accelerate time-to-value, championing cutting-edge methodologies including blueprint, estimator app, constellation, and emerging platform capabilities. Who You Are

You're a strategic orchestrator who thrives at the intersection of technology and business transformation. Your natural ability to build authentic connections ignites enthusiasm across diverse stakeholders—from technical teams to C-suite executives. When challenges arise, your innovative problem-solving instincts kick in, allowing you to navigate complexity with confidence and clarity. Your leadership transcends formal authority—you influence through expertise, empathy, and a genuine passion for client success. What You've Accomplished

Proven track record of Consulting Sales and Delivery leadership, particularly in driving innovation and digital transformation programs. Industry expertise in Banking and/or Capital Markets, with demonstrable experience working with large North American customers across both business and technology teams. Expert in enterprise software delivery, with specific experience leading modernization initiatives that include workflow reimagination and addressing technology currency. Ability to build and maintain C-level relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Strong understanding of business strategy and its connection to technology-led transformation. Experience with cloud modernization—including network, hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP), security, and governance principles—is a significant plus.
