Showing Assistant . If you are not yet licensed, we provide comprehensive support to help you secure your license swiftly. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, committed, and excited about turning the dream of homeownership into reality for our clients. While a background in real estate sales is not a prerequisite, experience in sales is beneficial. We offer extensive training to ensure your success. $45,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology Qualifications

Strong communicator with a dedication to service excellence. Capable of collaborating effectively with others. A true team player. Must hold a real estate license in UTAH to join the TEAM. Preferably 1-3+ years of sales experience (New to the field? We encourage you to apply!) Excellent in both written and verbal communication. Eager to learn and focused on growth. Well-organized and prepared. Open to learning scripts and dialogues. Exceptional time management abilities. Recently obtained your license? We welcome your application!
