Digital Banking Specialist Join Journey Bank in Bloomsburg, PA. This full‑time role works on‑site at our Central Road Call Center.

Essential Responsibilities

Provide first‑call resolution for debit card, e‑banking, and telephone banking inquiries.

Maintain deep knowledge of bank products and policies for deposit, online, mobile, bill pay, and debit cards.

Use all consumer electronic banking products personally to better assist customers.

Access and use multiple bank software applications quickly for information retrieval.

Exhibit courtesy, poise, self‑confidence, and professionalism in all duties.

Handle difficult customer situations and know when to escalate to a supervisor.

Respond to all after‑hours inquiries.

Complete account research at customer request.

Stay current on all marketing initiatives and any communication distributed to FCBT customers.

Participate in product promotions, sales initiatives, or customer satisfaction surveys.

Assist, inform, and support coworkers.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

One year experience as a bank teller, customer service, or call center preferred.

Excellent verbal communication, strong grammar and vocabulary, active listening, conflict resolution, and composure.

Proficiency using personal computer and all bank software applications.

Initiative to build expert‑level knowledge of bank products and procedures.

Hours & Benefits Monday‑Friday, 37.5 hours per week with flexibility for additional hours. A competitive compensation package, 401(k), paid holidays, and vacation time.
