Accounts Payable Invoice Processing Specialist Overview The Accounts Payable Invoice Processing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of invoices and for managing workflow for assigned brands and SharePoint queues. This role also supports departmental compliance requirements and provides customer service to internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.

Salary $43,900 - $48,000 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Responsibilities

Process G&A and store-level invoices in accordance with service level agreements and departmental, SOX, and audit requirements.

Manage assigned AP mailboxes and SharePoint queues, including reviewing payment requests and invoices for accuracy, proper documentation, and required approvals (including those $100,000 and above).

Perform additional tasks such as vendor statement reviews, periodic audits of utility invoices to identify gaps, and other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or team lead.

Minimum Requirements

2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment preferred

Strong attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Team-oriented, adaptable to frequent changes in policies, procedures, and technology

Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across the organization

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP and related processing systems (e.g., JD Edwards, Microsoft Excel, Word, Reports Now)

Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables)

Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills
