Business Analyst – IT Infrastructure
We are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on turning raw, complex data into actionable insights and driving financial efficiency across IT infrastructure projects. This role combines data‑driven strategy, financial analysis, and process innovation. Responsibilities
Own end‑to‑end capital spend management, ensuring every dollar is tracked, validated, and optimized. Validate and execute purchase order requests based on funding and project scope. Track purchase orders from initiation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Attend weekly vendor calls and maintain strong communication channels. Confirm accuracy of invoices and manage equipment tracking. Identify and implement improvements, develop metrics, and automate workflows. Perform monthly reviews of departmental financial performance vs. plan and provide insights for key capital projects. Partner with RCE Center of Excellence and global teams to mitigate risks and ensure timely spending. Manage OUS purchase order coordination and intercompany billing. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years in IT Infrastructure, Asset Management, or IT Project Coordination. 3‑5 years in IT within a large or mid‑sized multinational healthcare organization preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Familiarity with SAP Ariba, Power BI, and IT infrastructure terminology. Exceptional communication skills—comfortable presenting recommendations to leadership. Vendor management experience and ability to thrive in a matrixed environment. Benefits
