IT Financial Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT Financial Analyst to support and manage capital spend activities related to IT Infrastructure. This role requires prior experience in IT infrastructure, strong proficiency in Excel and excellent analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Validate and execute purchase order requests based on available funding and project scope.
Track purchase orders from initiation through delivery and invoicing.
Verify invoices and monitor equipment delivery and tracking.
Coordinate intercompany billing and ensure timely execution of spend.
Collaborate with the RCE Center of Excellence to identify and mitigate risks related to capital spending.
Support OUS (Outside US) purchase order coordination.
Participate in weekly vendor calls to ensure alignment and progress.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain metrics to monitor performance.
Provide financial analysis support for key capital projects.
Conduct monthly reviews of departmental financial performance vs. plan.
Recommend enhancements to reporting and analysis processes.
Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
– Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
Experience
– Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Asset Management, or IT Project Coordination. 3-5 years of IT experience in a large or mid-sized multinational healthcare organization. Experience with vendor management and financial analysis.
Technical Skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables), PowerPoint, and Word. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Soft Skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong project management and organizational abilities. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment. Comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
