As an Associate Wealth Advisor you will engage in a discovery‑driven process to truly understand each client’s underlying motivations, aspirations, and financial concerns, empowering them to make informed decisions and take proactive steps that align with their core values and life goals. Essential Functions

Lead clients through a discovery process that uncovers their core financial motivations and goals, asking thoughtful questions that encourage introspection and clarity. Serve as a trusted advisor, empowering clients to take meaningful action, simplifying complex financial concepts and helping them understand the steps needed to reach their financial objectives. Collaborate with CFAs and other financial professionals to offer personalized investment management solutions that align with the client’s long‑term goals, risk tolerance, and consider their tax budget to ensure a comprehensive financial strategy. Facilitate family meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment on multigenerational wealth transfer strategies, providing guidance that encourages action and accountability. Serve as the quarterback in collaborative discussions with tax professionals, attorneys, and banking partners, ensuring integrated and well‑rounded financial advice for clients. Drive business development and client acquisition efforts by identifying opportunities for growth, while consistently delivering superior, concierge‑level customer service. Utilize technology to streamline financial planning processes, offering clients efficient and simplified solutions to complex challenges. Coach and guide clients through life transitions, including retirement, business succession, and estate planning, ensuring they understand their options and are confident in taking the next steps. Comply with all Credit Union policies and procedures including those related to Bank Secrecy Act regulations. Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, mathematics or a related field. 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or a related field. Clean U4/U5. FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 66 licenses coupled with the Life/Accident/Sickness, Variable Products Insurance Licenses and Long‑Term Care certification required within 120 days of onboarding. CFP® (Certified Financial Planner™ professional) designation or completed Masters or Doctorate degree in Finance, Financial Planning, or Behavior Finance and be eligible to sit for the CFP® exam. Candidates that do not currently hold the CFP®, but meet the education requirements, must successfully complete the exam within 6 months of onboarding. Must have AIF® designation or be able to acquire it within 12 months of onboarding. Proven ability to uncover client motivations and help them take meaningful action toward their financial goals. Strong leadership skills with a focus on reducing financial complexity and simplifying decision‑making processes for clients. Team‑oriented mindset, with experience in collaborating across disciplines to provide integrated, holistic financial solutions. High ethical standards and a commitment to leading with integrity in all client interactions. Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting using planning tools such as eMoney. Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field. Experience leading family meetings, multigenerational financial planning, and driving client‑focused growth strategies. Experience delivering financial education content in‑person or virtually. Benefits
