Senior Payroll Analyst
to join their payroll team. This role offers the opportunity to manage complex payroll processes in a high-volume environment, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and collaboration across departments. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and support end-to-end payroll processing for a large employee population (4K+)
Conduct reconciliations, audits, and reporting to ensure accuracy.
Manage garnishments, levies, and child support orders in compliance with federal and state regulations.
Provide second-level support on payroll issues while assisting day-to-day processing.
Collaborate with HR, Accounting, and Finance on payroll-related matters.
Support system upgrades, testing, and process improvements.
Prepare and analyze payroll reports; identify and resolve discrepancies.
Qualifications
5+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or analyst role.
Hands-on experience with garnishment processing required.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems and advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, formulas).
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Payroll certification (CPP/FPC) is a plus.
Union payroll experience is a plus.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred but not required.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume work and tight deadlines.
