JR101371**Job Posting:**JR101371 Accounting Clerk III (Open)**Department:**Accounting & Legal Studies Dept, PM**Position Type:**Regular**Open Date:**09-23-2025**Close Date:**$24.00 Hourly**Job Description:****Job Summary**This position will complete complex administrative and accouting tasks in support of the day-to-day operations of the Accounting and Legal Studies Department. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the development and support of numerous programmatic AACSB Accounting Accreditation efforts and initiatives. They will compile and collect data and provide documentation for continued accreditation while providing support for Experiential Learning Experiences for Accounting majors.**Authority and Accountability**Reports to department chair and interacts with Faculty, Staff, and Students across the University.**Required/Minimum Qualifications**High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of three years experience providing accounting clerical support. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.**Preferred Qualifications**Prior event coordination experience. Understanding and troubleshooting ability for CCH ProSystem fx Engagement and Quickbooks and database management software, such as Box is preferred.**Additional Job Information:**The position is a full-time, non-exempt state role with comprehensive benefits.Priority will be given to applicants who apply by October 2, 2025.
