Under the direction of an independently licensed clinician/program manager, the Therapeutic Assistant is responsible for providing behavioral health care as directed by the multi-disciplinary treatment plan. The therapeutic assistant uses positive behavioral interventions to help ensure safety in the day treatment program. The therapeutic assistant will use behavioral modification interventions to support students one on one as well as assist the licensed clinicians and teaching staff in management of the milieu.## ## **Additional Job Description**Bachelor's degree in Human\_Services or closely related field, or high school diploma and 1 year of experience in behavioral health or related healthcare required. Certification in Basic Life Support required within 2 weeks of hire.
