Source qualified candidates for open job orders through strategic searches and networking Utilize Boolean search techniques and LinkedIn to identify top talent Build targeted company lists to recruit from for each role Schedule and coordinate phone and in-person interviews for hiring managers and clients Professional recruitment focusing in the marketing, legal, HR, sales, and administrative sectors, with a focus in IT and accounting areas Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, inside sales, customer service, business development, or other client relations roles Strong research and critical-thinking skills with the ability to learn quickly Naturally curious and highly motivated to grow professionally Capability to transition to a business development position Why Join Us?
