Work shift: 1st Shift (United States of America) Responsibilities

Provide timely and accurate standard monthly and quarterly financial reports. Administer expense budgets, working closely with leaders on their budget plans and forecasts, cascading changes to other core functions and/or business heads. Support various teams with general budget management, tracking and ad-hoc budget reporting, including reviewing invoice spend against the budget/forecast. Assist in the sales forecast and budgeting processes. Collaborate with finance business partners to drive process improvements and standardize reporting. Monitor and analyze monthly consolidated results against budget and forecasts. Perform variance analysis, such as variance from the budget, variance from prior month, variance from prior year, and report significant issues to management. Build recurring and ad-hoc reports from the ground up to help measure and analyze business performance. Assist in development of new and innovative ways to provide useful, accurate and timely financial information. Global pricing responsibilities

Maintenance of price matrix Reviewing pricing data for accuracy Support Finance team with various reconciliations and data requests. Complete other special projects and work at the request of management or other personnel Special physical requirements

Ability to communicate in a variety of business settings Ability to utilize a PC Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time Desired qualifications

As a guide, the following are the preferred education and experience for this position: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance Previous experience (2-5 years) in a similar accounting and reporting role Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Key skills

Solid accounting knowledge combined with strong analytical skills Ability to analyze financial data Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Quick to adapt and manage priorities Ability to efficiently process multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines concurrently Team player able to focus on team needs first Relationships
