Assistant Property Manager
Location:
San Pedro, CA (On-Site) Pay:
$23–$26/hour We are partnering with a well-established and reputable property management company in
San Pedro
to hire a
temporary Assistant Property Manager
to cover a maternity leave. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and could potentially transition into a
full-time, permanent role
for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the daily operations of property management, including reviewing and breaking down
NNN payments Draft clear and professional
tenant/vendor letters
and handle calls effectively Manage and input lease data into
Yardi , including key deal points and details Support in the creation of property
financial reports
and assist with
lease abstraction Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure vendors provide timely services Learn and contribute to the analysis of property
financials
to track performance Ensure all tenants are in compliance with lease agreements and regulations Work closely with property managers to ensure smooth operations and tenant satisfaction Qualifications
1–2 years of property management or administrative experience (preferred) Bilingual in Spanish
is a plus Strong
Excel
skills (intermediate to advanced level) Previous experience with
Yardi
is preferred but not required Professional writing and communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail Motivated and eager to learn and grow in the property management field Why Join Us?
