Managing communication between banks and their clients is a core activity for our Commercial Advisors. You’ll be an expert in how financial institutions deliver value, providing personalized and relevant advice on a wide range of banking products. You’ll deliver cordial, top-tier service to both internal and external clients. You’ll identify banking customers’ needs and offer suitable financial solutions with ease. Handling complex tasks is crucial to promote digital banking services, meet deadlines, and build a portfolio of satisfied accounts. Officers at Sopra Steria take charge in diverse roles with a main focus on delivering excellent customer service and high-quality support. You’ll work across fields such as business support and KYC analysis, prioritizing seamless collaboration. You’ll take a proactive approach to solving problems and optimizing processes to create a customer-first experience that also supports Sopra Steria’s growth. Qualifications
