Intermediate Medical Planner
role based out of our
Los Angeles studio . NBBJ has established a significant portfolio of Healthcare and related project sector work. We are looking to strengthen our existing healthcare team by seeking enthusiastic and creative individuals with new ideas and expertise in Medical Architecture and Planning.
This is an opportunity to join a fully integrated design studio where a diverse group of technical architects, interior designers, medical planners, and clinical consultants collaborate from concept design through construction.
In your new role, you will:
Support the design and planning of hospitals and clinics Work with clients to identify objectives and formulate options Participate effectively in Clinical User Group meetings and client presentations Collaborate with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Managers from Concept Design through Construction What you will need to succeed:
8+ years of Medical Planning experience Familiarity and keen interest in innovative healthcare design, strategic planning, and master planning Experience coordinating client presentations, facilitating user group meetings, and developing related deliverables Experience working with in-house medical planning and design teams, as well as external consultants Detailed understanding of healthcare design processes from concepts through detailed design and construction Revit skills are essential Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills Proactive, independent, and ownership-driven approach to work The annual base pay range for this role is anticipated to be $95,000 to $110,000 for intermediate level. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience. This role requires the individual to be based in the United States.
