Responsibilities
Achieve sales goals by generating new leads and maintaining relationships with existing clients and agency partners.
Provide education and consulting on captive insurance for clients and partners.
Attend and participate in sales activities, meetings, and captive program initiatives.
Support team accountability and foster a high-performing team environment.
Qualifications
College degree preferred.
Sales experience, preferably in commercial property casualty.
State-specific Insurance Agent's License or ability to obtain within 90 days.
Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency in Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
