Overview
Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member. Full time position in Nashville, TN. State Farm Insurance Agent located in Nashville is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Bobby Berry - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Compensation & Benefits Salary plus commission/bonus; compensation $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year. Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days).
Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Excellent communication skills — written, verbal and listening
Ability to work in a team environment
Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
