Commercial Loan Closing Specialist. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience. APPROVED LOCATIONS – (Hybrid 3 days in/ 2 days remote) - USA-NC-CHARLOTTE-1525 W W T Harris Blvd-141278 PROJECT DETAILS This contractor will support the "Deal Closing Lending Fulfillment team" to supplement day-to-day operations in Charlotte. This team handles financing and transaction activity for the "RICOH USA program." DUTIES Auditing transactions Validating transaction documents against system records Performing document and language reviews Synchronizing non-standard municipal documents with legal and credit approvals TOP SKILLS Leadership experience as a team lead, manager, or supervisor, with some responsibility for others Ability to train and mentor new team members Experience with document and language review Experience processing transactions independently in a corporate environment Leasing processing experience: data entry, matching information, following process documents Experience with a system of record, such as "Lease connect" (WF proprietary application) SOFT SKILLS Ability to work independently EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
