As a customer-oriented expert, you will market the best Life/Health insurance services and products to benefit clients and their families. Your sales experience will help you grow your income while providing security during times of distress and vulnerability. Responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals. Maintain a strong work ethic with a commitment to success every day. Collaborate with your agency’s team to ensure successful, satisfying, and lasting customer relationships. Qualifications Excellent communication skills. Good analytical skills. Provide excellent customer service. Accredited with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Life/Health Insurance License. Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred. Benefits Hourly wage plus commission/bonus. Paid time off (vacation and sick days). Dental and vision benefits. 401(k) with employer match. Opportunities for growth and advancement within the office. Licensing reimbursement after 3 months. Compensation: $47,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year. Note: State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Employees are not State Farm employees.
