Responsibilities of a Systems Administrator include: Representing Acumen Technology to clients with excellent customer service and communication skills, both remotely and on-site across Middle Tennessee. Supporting and embodying our core values while continuously seeking improvement. Enjoying work and mastering technologies such as VMware, Azure, Windows Server, Networking, and Microsoft 365. Maintaining business efficiency through documentation, time management, and performance metrics. Qualifications: Preferred certifications like Microsoft MCP, MCSA, MCSE, Citrix CCEA/CCIA, SonicWall CSSA, Fortinet NSE, LabTech LTCP, Cisco CCNA, VMware VCP. Understanding of operating systems, business applications, printing, and networking systems. Strong interpersonal, communication, active listening, and customer service skills. Technical diagnosis skills and the ability to multitask and adapt quickly. Knowledge of support tools and how technology supports IT services. Typing skills for accurate service request entry. Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
