About the Role We're growing our AI practice and looking for an experienced AI Developer to help us build what’s next. In this role, you’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and designers to bring applied AI solutions to life—solving real business problems with smart, scalable technology.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and deploy AI-powered applications for enterprise and SMB clients
Integrate cloud AI services (Google AI Platform, OpenAI, and Anthropic APIs) into web and mobile applications
Design graph database schemas and manage complex data pipelines with vector stores
Build conversational AI solutions using Bot Service SDK and migrate to modern Agents SDK architectures
Implement search strategies, including full-text, keyword, and semantic search approaches
Design and deploy serverless AI workflows using Azure Functions and Service Bus
Build custom models when existing services can’t meet business requirements
Participate in client discovery sessions and contribute to AI incubation projects
Monitor and optimize AI systems in production for performance, cost, and compliance
Requirements
2-4 years of software development experience with 1+ year in AI/ML
Strong Python skills with AI frameworks (Hugging Face, LangChain)
Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization
Knowledge of PHP/Laravel or C#/.NET for AI feature integration
Hands‑on experience with graph databases (Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, Azure Cosmos DB)
Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar services)
Familiarity with vector databases and RAG patterns
Working knowledge of Azure AI services (AI Search, AI Foundry, Copilot Studio)
Understanding of search methodologies: full‑text, keyword, and semantic search
Experience with serverless architectures (Azure Functions, Service Bus or equivalent)
Strong communication skills for client‑facing work
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in CS, engineering, mathematics (or equivalent experience)
Experience with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex) and orchestration patterns
Knowledge of Bot Service SDK with awareness of the new Agents SDK migration path
Data analytics and ETL pipeline experience
HubSpot CRM AI tools, data orchestration, or enterprise analytics experience
Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, ElasticSearch) and knowledge graph construction
Experience with MCP, agentic tools and actions, and human-in-the-loop patterns
Familiarity with compliance and observability tooling (LangSmith, Azure AI Foundry)
Minimum Physical, Mental, and Environmental Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, Employees are routinely required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.
Employees are regularly required to move around the home or company offices to attend business meetings and other company gatherings.
Ability to audibly communicate within an office environment and to utilize text‑based communication via business devices.
Specific visual abilities required for this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus on computer screens for extended periods.
Cognitive workplace responsibilities may require intense concentration, personal/professional patience, and rapid recall of professional knowledge.
