Responsibilities

May approve credit for new applications and updates for existing accounts up to authority delegated by the District Sales Manager.

Overall responsibility and supervision of credit function at District level office.

Account reconciliation and collection of National/Regional key accounts.

Investigate and resolve any issues or complaints, including larger accounts and more difficult, complex situations.

Communicate directly with customers regarding credit status and issues.

Coordinate collection efforts with severely aged accounts including filing of liens, bonds and bankruptcies.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in an office setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel (JDE experience preferred).

Knowledge of credit and lien laws in the geographic area.
