Business System Administrator

Key Responsibilities
Creating and managing user accounts and security permissions, and adding role-based access for users to supply chain systems
Creating, managing, and deleting user accounts and access privileges
Configure and maintain supply chain business applications
Maintaining comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and schedules
Work closely with the supply chain team and other systems users to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to supply chain systems access and capabilities
Serve as an internal resource and subject matter expert for questions and issues about supply chain systems
Provide user training and onboarding for supply chain systems users both internal and external
Partner with IT security and administration team where necessary
Support a mix of internal and external systems
You Bring
5+ years’ experience in business systems administration or a related field
Strong work ethic with demonstrated history of owning and solving customer issues
Excellent organization skills to maintain records and follow cadence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Ability to think tactically and strategically, drive for results, and continuously drive innovation
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, computer science, engineering, finance, business administration, or related field
Knowledge of SAP and/or Coupa preferred
Experience in automotive or operations preferred
