LGSTX Services, Inc. We are seeking experienced heavy equipment maintenance individuals for a seasonal position (October 2025 through April 2026) to support our Equipment Maintenance Team at the Wilmington Ohio Airpark Operations during the winter season. The team will maintain a diverse fleet, including High Speed Runway Snow Brooms, Large Ramp Snow Removal Vehicles, Snow Blowing Equipment, and Snow Plow Trucks. This position offers flexible scheduling, with a minimum of 16 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week, based on mutual agreement between the technician and management. Responsibilities include:
Perform maintenance and repairs on snow and deicing equipment Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and hydraulic diagrams Use basic welding skills and troubleshoot gas and diesel engines, transmissions, hydraulic systems, etc. Change tires and wheels, work independently, and demonstrate proficiency in all areas Qualifications:
High school diploma or G.E.D. At least 3 years of industrial, agricultural, or commercial maintenance experience Valid Driver’s License Basic electrical and mechanical skills, including tool set Ability to lift objects up to 75 pounds and work at heights Preferred Skills:
Six months of formal automotive or truck maintenance training or five years of relevant experience Military AGE/GSE experience Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Location: 145 Hunter Drive, Wilmington, OH 45177 Additional details:
