Lead Specialist - IT Application Support
Kelly Science, Engineering, Technology & Telecom is hiring a Lead Specialist for IT Application Support based in Parlin, NJ 08859.
Title: Lead Specialist - IT Application Support Location: Parlin, NJ 08859 (Onsite) Hours: 8 AM to 4 PM – 5 days a week Contract: 12-month
Qualifications
Aspen IP21 experience
RS Linx experience (Def not required but would come in handy)
Experience setting up servers
SQL DB experience
Firewall experience (To the extent of knowing what to put in a ticket, not be a security expert)
ITIL License
Cisco networking experience
Security+, Network+, CSA, etc... Any relevant certs
Responsibilities
App installation
OS installation / imaging
Basic network troubleshooting
Strong understanding of TCP/IPv4 network protocols
Microsoft/Windows experience
Ability to lift and move up to 40 lbs (Physically able to rack and stack servers and network gear)
Help desk or experience using a ticketing system like Service Now
Customer service experience (Even working in retail or service industry shows they know how to treat customers/users)
Basic printer experience insofar as configuring the IP address and installing the device on PCs
Strong communication skills with email, teams, etc...
Organization and documentation.
