These methodologies and processes are reinforced through our organization’s externally accredited certifications, which include ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management Systems (SMS, corporate ITIL certification), ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System (ISMS), and CMMI-DEV Level 3 The Application Middleware Administrator will be responsible for: The operations and maintenance of the Oracle Fusion Middleware applications and the Intercede Credential Management System Assist in managing the COTS (Oracle and Intercede) vendor Assist in troubleshooting and testing the Oracle Fusion Middleware applications and the Intercede Requirements: 2 years or more of IT Delivery and/or Operations experience 2 years or more of writing SQL queries 2 years or more of Microsoft Windows experience Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor’s Degree or 4 additional years’ experience in lieu of degree
