The Global Technology division manages critical systems and platforms supporting retail, commercial, and institutional businesses, as well as support functions. We develop and deploy cutting-edge technology in areas such as mobile and online banking, payments processing, cybersecurity, risk management, and enterprise data management. Our mainframe environment is the third largest globally. Our teams focus on innovative learning through immersive technology, including virtual reality, AI, and simulation tools within financial centers. As a team member, you'll use advanced technology solutions to ensure customers can manage their finances anytime, anywhere. The Summer Analyst Program is a 10-week experience offering exposure to Bank of America, with assignments mirroring full-time responsibilities, including goal-setting and reviews. The program includes orientation, training, networking, and professional development activities. Education requirements: Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master's degree, graduating between November 2026 and August 2027. Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s. Penultimate year students preferred. Skills in Agile, SQL, Tableau, JIRA, and related tools are advantageous. Strong communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are essential.
