Job Description Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Remote-Atlanta
Job Summary A reputable agency is in search of a detail-oriented individual with a thorough understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both admitted and non-admitted carriers' coverage lines.
Responsibilities
Manage a substantial, established book of business.
Maintain client relationships and handle client-facing roles.
Proficiency in various insurance products and processing new and renewal submissions.
Review insurance contracts for accuracy.
Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing.
Prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
Check policy coverage and endorsements on all new business and renewals.
Work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Retain all accounts assigned to the team.
Apply problem-solving skills to address cancellations, claims, renewals, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.
Requirements
Active P&C license.
Minimum of 2 years of account management experience.
Above-average computer skills, with proficiency in necessary programs.
