Responsible for proposal/pursuit coordination and marketing efforts for the assigned region. This position is not eligible for employer-based sponsorship with the exception of the TN visa classification. Compensation for this position is $32-35 per hour, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The range is a good faith estimate based on requirements described; actual range may vary. Our ESOP is provided at no cost to the employee and provides beneficial ownership in the company. JMT offers a rich benefits package, including: Essential Functions and Responsibilities Coordinate, prepare, and review standard government form proposals, expressions of interest, technical proposals, and presentations. Coordinate all phases of the pursuit process from kick-off to production, delivery, and proposal closeout. Develop pursuit outlines. Participate in pre-proposal meetings, kick-off meetings, debriefings, etc. Prepare major sections of pursuits (e.g., project descriptions and resumes) tailored for specific pursuits. Work with SMEs to develop other pursuit content. Coordinate pursuit production (typing, graphics, editing, reproduction), printing and delivery, with emphasis on QA/QC. Assist with presentation preparation and materials. Produce consistently compliant high-quality submissions while delivering exceptional customer service. Provide Marketing essential functions and responsibilities as required. Complete data entry for marketing databases, tracking leads go/no-go decisions, wins or losses. Maintain visually appealing marketing materials including resumes, boilerplate information, project descriptions, photographs, subconsultant information, etc. Work closely with technical staff, administrative staff, marketing staff in other offices, outside vendors, subconsultants, and clients. Administrative duties related to marketing such as filing and data input. Research opportunities by browsing websites, newspapers, magazines and other business publications; enter data into the marketing database (CRM) and track leads/go-no-go decisions and wins or losses. Gather information, conduct market research about prospects/clients/projects, and contribute to business collateral to support strategic growth. Generate reports for technical staff on marketing efforts when required. Support office, regional, and corporate marketing efforts. Adhere to JMT's Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 9001:2015 Marketing procedures. Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Required Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication or related field or equivalent years of experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Proficient in CRM systems Knowledge of the RFP structure and proposal process Experience with word processing software Preferred Experience Familiarity with NJ transportation agencies Familiarity with NYC agencies is a plus Working Conditions
Work is performed in a general office environment about 95% of the time. Generally sedentary but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate; no hazardous or unpleasant conditions typical of office environments.
