Position Site Feasibility Coordinator
The Site Feasibility Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting during the phase of initial property assessment and evaluation of development potential. They will work as part of a team to research and acquire key pieces of information related to site characteristics, jurisdictional requirements, utility and service availability, and other metrics associated with land development.
Responsibilities
Collaborating with the Pre-Development team and Engineering Manager to research site characteristics, evaluate utility services, and identify development obstacles
Tracking project data
Communicating with stakeholders
Reviewing site plans and zoning maps for key information (e.g., setbacks, easements, utility access)
Preparing summary reports or memos on jurisdictional requirements, utility access, and entitlement risks
Coordinating requests for information from municipalities, utility providers, and engineering consultants
Maintaining organized records of feasibility findings and due diligence documents
Qualifications
A valid driver's license is necessary
Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, technical schooling, or equivalent experience is preferred
Being able to read a site plan is a must
Experience in construction, civil engineering, or land development is preferred
Experience with site concept plan creation and understanding of government compliance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Bluebeam is required
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Strong research skills and project management abilities
The ability to work independently
