area are seeking a full-time Office Administrator. The candidate must exhibit exceptional time management, attention to detail, the ability to accept direction, strong customer service orientation, and proficiency with technology. Position Overview: The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support for the Chief Advisor by organizing and ensuring smooth operations within the office. Always putting the client first, this role requires a positive attitude, solid work ethic, and a willingness to go above and beyond. Other responsibilities include developing positive client relationships and providing compliance support. Responsibilities

Receive incoming client calls in a friendly manner Process new client applications Input prospects into the database Handle servicing of specific client accounts (opening, closing, and transferring of accounts) Manage Advisor’s calendar, keep Advisor organized, and prepare for all client meetings Set, reschedule, and confirm appointments Keep CRM updated with client interactions Attend seminars/workshops and follow up with prospects from seminars Track weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with Chief Advisor Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial services or professional office setting Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Charles Schwab advisor solutions a plus Demonstrated proficiency in Excel Experience with CRM systems such as Redtail is a plus Friendly, professional, and dependable work ethic Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication Strong follow-through Self-directed initiative Experience in processing important, detailed paperwork Intermediate to advanced computer skills Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality Benefits & Hours
