We are seeking an ambitious and highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Blythewood, SC, USA. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and support procedures and processes to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.

Recommend modifications in products, procedures, or quality standards to improve process capability and CPK.

Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions in response to customer inquiries and quality issues.

Interact directly with customers to address quality concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Apply the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system and other tools for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Analyze and interpret PLM quality data to prepare reports and prioritize improvement initiatives.

Support and deliver training on PLM tools and lean principles to improve quality outputs.

Conduct annual reviews of strategic quality objectives and submit quarterly progress reports.

Lead supplier excellence initiatives and value stream improvements.

Plan and conduct supplier visits and audits to assess capability and compliance with quality standards.

Provide leadership to quality teams and facilitate improvement initiatives across international supply bases.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and achieve interpersonal efficiency goals.

Plan and coordinate training activities related to quality and reliability.

Report on the performance of the quality system to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or Science required.

Master’s or equivalent experience in Engineering preferred.

10+ years of experience leading quality systems across multiple industrial manufacturing facilities.

Expertise in international quality standards (ISO 9001, CRN, ASME, European Directives).

Advanced proficiency in PLM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Certified Quality Manager, Certified Quality Engineer, or Certified Quality Auditor required.

Six Sigma Black Belt certification required.

This position may require travel to supplier sites and other company facilities.

Office and manufacturing floor environment.
